Russon Family Farms is proud to be a Slow Food Farm
Founded in Italy in the 1980’s, The Slow Food movement has evolved into a global organization promoting local, traditional, and sustainable food consumption, emphasizing “good, clean, and fair” practices to counter the fast-paced, industrial food system.
Each farm in the network embraces the principles of Slow Food, promoting biodiversity, adopting agroecological practices, and fostering strong ties to the land.

Slow Food Farms are the global network of good, clean, and fair farms.
